As to Carl's analysis, I should say that Taliban's return to political scene of afghanistan seems very unlikely. Moreover, it seems that Afghans can not obtain a democracy friendly dialogue, even a dialogue of the deaf. So Iran dose not need Taliban to destablize Afghanistan.
