On another list, it was suggested that people who use on-line
inexpensive, fairly 'anonymous' methods of airline ticket purchase, as
some or many of the hijackers had, were being flagged. Examples that
were given included Expedia, CheapTickets, LowestFare, and Orbitz.

I went through a bunch of Federal Register's last night looking for
precisely that kind of info as it pertains also to the PATRIOT Act but
came up empty...
