capitalism moderated by terrorism
As the US Congress desperately scrambles to encourage the US President
semi-secretly to to endorse assassination as a method of defence of against
terrorism, (thereby sowing more dragons teeth...) the old description of
the constitution of czarist Russia comes to mind:
"absolutism moderated by assassination"
The irony is that in the 21st century the global constitution is now clearly
capitalism moderated by terrorism.
They could do better. But there will be a price.
Accountability.
