Kiosks



The following messages are from an airline union discussion list. CSSAs are
customer sales and service agents. Kiosks are the ATM-like automated
ticketing machines. Security -- that is _real_ security, not the superficial
image of security -- is labour intensive. We are talking about a
re-orientation of labour processes that is at odds with the conventional
wisdom of the past 10 years. "Lean and mean" means flimsy and vulnerable.
