Wolfensohn indictment

Ian Murray asks us to name the troublemakers responsible for this:

"Simply put, the United States no longer has an overriding interest in
promoting any new industrialization successes [and potential
competitors] in East Asia or anywhere else. In all these ways,
structuralists have evaded the most important implication of the East
Asian crisis, namely, the closing off of development possibilities
within capitalism."

Martin Hart-Landsburg and Paul Burkett, "Mainstream Responses to the
East Asian Crisis:
 A Radical Interpretation", found at

http://aidc.org.za/archives/radical_interpretation.html

Very timely highlighting of the real issues at stake, rather than the
personalised management styles of those desperately trying to reconcile
the irreconcilable: facilitating global accumulation whilst legitimising
it.
