Lenin ordered the taking of food peasants were growing for their own
subsistence. If I was sitting on the jury, that is blindly running a red
light or worse.

CB: You haven't proven the fact you assert.
However, the analogy is more like the White Armies were about drive through a red light into a crowd of workers and peasants, and Lenin ordered that a tank be put in the path of the onrushing counterrevolutionaries. A People's Court finds his actions justifiable.
