=============
Tracking responsibility is one thing, bringing "them" to account is
another and bringing those who create the institutional forms within
which "they" make their decisions "in secret" is yet another. Whether
we can "break open" the latter via some radical take on information
economics; right to know laws etc.and whether that will allow us to
"work backward" as it were, in creating and sustaining models of
inclusiveness with regard to the representations of interests and
accountability in the production of social goods and services is a
very tough question.
