All the information about J. Robert Brame on the fact sheet is public
information.  All of the information concerning American Vision was
drawn from its website:   www.americanvision.org

The information concerning his positions on union relations were drawn
from his own words, in his written dissents as a former National Labor
Relations Board member.

His confirmation is imminent, perhaps this week before the Senate recess
on Friday.  The rumours here in DC is that Brame will be names and
passed by unanimous consent without a hearing this week.  Kennedy has
the power to hold a hearing, but has yet decided to.  The person on his
staff who should be reached is Holly Fechner.  She is his Chief Counsel
for the Labor Committee.  His office number is 202/224-4543.
