Is that what I am doing, yammering? Doug Henwood accused me of
anti-modernism of the unabomber kind. To answer him, I demonstrated that
Aztec Mexico was a better place to live for its average inhabitant than
Mexico City today. If that sort of thing is uninteresting to you, then
ignore it. Just don't misrepresent my aims, which is mainly to demolish the
kind of Kautskyism that permeates a certain sector of the left.
