Think so. Either under Kinnock or Blair. Clause 4 went out the door
during Kinnock ouster of the Militant tendency.
And, btw, in a renewal letter from NLR, a few years ago, they said, Robin
Cook, was a subscriber until the time he entered the Blair cabinet...
