Committing genocide abroad is perfectly forgiveable in a U.S. president
as long as he allegedly does nice things at home. This is Yankee
chauvinism with a vengeance.
Carrol
P.S. The last time I voted for a presidential candidate it was LBJ in
1964. (I had voted straight Dem every 2 years since coming of age
in '51.) The invasion of the Dominican Republic the next spring turned
me around and I began to look more and more closely at u.s. history.
I didn't like what I found.
The U.S. is the most terrible rogue state in history. It is simply not
permissible to choose among criminals of that level of ferocity.
