under a republican-socialist/marxist government with separate legislature,
executive and judiciary, where each branch has expert staffs to study
problems and solutions, who decides who gets what, when and where?
(((((((((((((
CB; Separate legislature, executive and judiciary is not the republican principle. It is the principle of separation of powers.
The republican principle is the representational principle. Decisions on public issues are made by representative bodies in socialism. See _The State and Revolution_.
