You always already have that; the current crop of enlightened commissars
think they're acting in the better interests of the "kids" too. A policy of
no-policy is still a policy.........

Why should the government pay for counteradvertising, or medical research
into cancer of the lungs and all the other diseases that correlate with
smoking? Precautioinary principle?????
