Yes, but I'm more concerned about the politics of oil supplies than
either of the above, since it tends to make hundreds of bloody
imperial flowers bloom & unleash the dogs of war. I feel this way
perhaps because I'm from Japan (remember World War 2!)

CB: There is a kind of converse to the truth Yoshie points to. Marxists must consider war as an ecological problem in the era of nuclear weapons ( Remember Nagasaki and Hiroshima !) , biological weapons and who knows what else they'll come up with as science grows under capitalist control.
