milosevic out?

Ken H--

When you get into election circuses, east and west in this epoch, they are
all
tightly run ruling class affairs. Their legal parties only real
differences in practice
are tactical, not strategic, but yes, true, regional class antagonisms
crop up as well..
But if any political parties that have qualitative hostile- class
differences
emerge , they will have their wings clipped-- 'democratically' or
otherwise.

The fact that no masses counter- movement emerges now to protect the
Milosevic's Party rule shows that his "S"Ps 'electoral parliament
majority' is not
based on popular strength , but on State manipulation , Media monopoly ,
and threats of loss of livlihoods if workers 'buck' the (state ) cap
turned market
stalino system. Ditto for those state cap societies who's economies
collapsed-were collapsing
in the late eighties. It is also probable that large blocs of workers (a
la the USA)
just do not vote because it is a waste of time from their class position..
Believe it, if these state cap regimes had anything to do with workers
rule being toppled, there
would have been (class) civil war.

Obviously now an anti-Milosevic volcano has erupted. Different
class/social forces
will organize for their own aims and even sharper conflict is in the
offing, as masses see their lives
can only continue to deteriorate under the 'democratic' bourgeois order..

Maybe the Balkan workers, not just Yugo/Serb alone can unite their
Organized forces better in the
coming struggles, then a more powerful movement against capital and
imperialism can be built.
