Good news for those of you who thought you missed out! There are still seats available for the October 5 Distance Learning course entitled:
"Shall We Dance? Creating Business Alliances That Work"
The course description is as follows:
"This live event will help increase your alliance competency and decrease your chances of failing. Using a methodology proven to be successful and offered through Executive Education at the California Institute of Technology, as well as over 2000 companies, this seminar will address the high failure rate of alliances and how to avoid becoming part of that statistic. Lorraine Segil will discuss how to stay in tune with partner's cultures, understand the practical process behind forming and managing alliances, and how to go about getting buy-in for the alliance withing the company. Program participants will receive a step-by-step methodology on how to create, manage, and add value to on-going alliances."
