Except that we got ourselves a real sharp lawyer who bested Donald Trump in
a landmark case. All this could have been avoided if the landlord had been
a little less greedy. He paid $1 for the land that the buildings went up
on. He then went ahead and cut sweetheart deals over the years. The judge
has ruled on our behalf every step of the way. Even from a capitalist
standpoint, this scumbag landlord (isn't this a tautology?), he is
jeopardizing his opportunity to make a profit.
