Land ownership is not a bourgeois democratic right. The right of assembly,
free speech, to vote, to publish newspapers, to bargain collectively, to be
protected from racial or gender discrimination, etc. are.

CB: Maybe Chris means private ownership of property, land or capital, is the number one real bourgeois right, like the U.S. Fifth Amendment to the Constitution.
