Can someone tell me where on the web I can easily find historical data on the Dow Jones index. Back to 1950?
Daily: <http://chart.yahoo.com/table.csv?s=^dji&a=1&b=1&c=1950&d=6&e=30&f=2000&g=d&q=q&y=0&z=^dji&x=.csv>.
Monthly: <http://www.economagic.com/em-cgi/data.exe/sp/sp14>. The numbers are invisible on my browser (IE 5.0 for the Macintosh), but if you save them as a text file, they're there.
