Could We Lose the Fourth Amendment

The Fourth Amendment to the Constitution protects us against searches and
seizures when there is "no probable cause." But that fundamental pillar of
liberty has been steadily eroded for more than a decade now as a result of
the government's "War on Drugs."

Recently, the U.S. Supreme Court agreed to hear what could be the most
important Fourth Amendment case to come before it in more than a quarter
century.

The case, City of Indianapolis v. Edmond,

action suit by the ACLU on behalf of two individuals and the citizens of
Indiana, all of whom are subject to random roadside searches.

We brought this case because the authorities in Indianapolis decided not to
bother just searching people they had a good reason to suspect of
wrongdoing, as the Fourth Amendment requires. Instead, they decided to set
up roadblocks on selected highways to stop all motorists in order to look
for drugs, without any reason to believe that any car was carrying drugs.

In short, what the Indianapolis police were doing is precisely what the
Fourth Amendment was meant to stop: searching everybody to find the guilty.

And, in a 2 to 1 decision, the Seventh U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals agreed
with us that the Fourth Amendment requires that criminal investigatory
searches and seizures must be based on particular cause, or some good
reason to suspect the people to be stopped and searched.

But the city appealed that ruling to the U.S. Supreme Court.

As someone who has demonstrated your concern for our civil liberties, you
understand that it is essential that the ACLU mount the most compelling
defense of the Fourth Amendment possible.

Because if we should lose this case, it would not be an exaggeration to say
that the Fourth Amendment would cease to exist once you're outside your
home.

Far Right Fails to Gather Signatures To Repeal Human Rights Ordinance

An alliance of radical religious right groups calling itself "Take Back
Miami-Dade" failed to gather  the needed number of signatures to place the
question of repealing an amendment to Miami-Dade's Human Rights Ordinance
that protects lesbians and gay men from discrimination on this fall's
ballot.  The group missed its deadline for filing 32,582 signatures - 4% of
the voters -- with the Miami- Dade County Commission on Friday, according
to PFAW Florida Director Lisa Versaci.

"What this shows is that there is no constituency for intolerance in Miami-
Dade.  Any candidate or campaign who is organizing on an agenda of hate,
bigotry or division would be wise to re-evaluate their strategy," said
Versaci.  PFAW is a member of SAVE Dade, a coalition of organizations and
individuals who have pledged to fight discrimination in Miami-Dade.

"The Human Rights Ordinance is there to protect everyone's basic rights to
fair treatment.  By failing to join in the far right's petition drive, the
voters of Miami-Dade have reaffirmed their community's rich tradition of
diversity and mutual respect," said Ralph G. Neas, PFAW President.

Yesterday Augustus 17, 2064, Pontifex Maximus Chrysostom II arrived in St.
Karlstad to consecrate the Memorial to the White Race as the Holiest site
in  Universal Churchdom. His speech conveyed profound sadness at the losses
of  the past, combined with hope for the future -

"In this place of memories, the mind and heart and soul feel an  extreme
need for silence. Silence in which to remember. Silence in which to try to
make some sense of the memories which come flooding  back. Silence because
there are no words strong enough to deplore the terrible tragedy of the
reduction in the numbers of the White Race to fewer than 100 million before
the remaining souls, forced to become God's heroes, acted with finality to
exterminate the 12 billion "people of color" weighing down the Life of
Earth itself.

That this happened when a single white couple created and cultured an
airborne virus and then freed it to perform its solemn duty in the Aztlan
International Travelport is of no consequence. What is important is that
both of them, exposed as they were to direct physical contact with the
growth medium, gave their lives...for all of us.

They died so we might live, and that the race would no longer continue to
wither away of self-hatred and perish from the Earth  forever. They died so
the White Race might live forever, and felt no  remorse at this fate and
this eternal gift to Mankind.  Live forever, Caesar and Caesarea! Live
forever, August and Augusta!  You will do so in our hearts and souls,
indeed as long as we are worthy  of life.

I think back to the years of the endless tears. My own personal memories
are of all that happened when the so-called United Nations  forces occupied
all remaining whitelands during the War. I remember both those that
perished and those still alive today.  I remember ministering to a band of
o'-my-brothers hiding in a miserable cave.  I said to them then that, "if
that's what it takes to survive...eat the Jew!".

In utter contrast and disregard, I consciously choose not to remember
those who lead such selfish lives, "experiencing every x-thrill", but
neglecting to do anything to save the race or even leave their genes
behind for future use.  They were dead alive.

I have come to dedicate this Memorial in prayer for, honor and  homage to
the honorable billions of white people who, stripped of  everything,
especially of their dignity as superior beings, were  murdered in the
Holocaust...or were never allowed to be born.

Many years have passed, and yet my soul aches as if wounded last week, and
is now found unhealable. Here, as in the former Aztlan and  many other
places in Europe and America, we are overcome by the echo of the heart-
rending laments of so many. Men, women and children cry out to us from the
depths of the horror they knew...or did not even live to know. How can we
ever again fail to heed their cry?

No one can forget or ignore what happened. No one can diminish its  scale.
We wish to remember, but to a purpose, namely to ensure that  never again
will evil Jewry, Faggotry, Negritude or Tolerance of Deviance prevail, as
they did over the bodies and, often, the souls of so many hundreds of
millions of innocent white racial victims.

How could hoomans have such utter contempt for real Man? Because the Jew
World Order had reached the point of utter contempt for God. Only a Godless
ideology could plan and carry out the virtual extermination of a whole
people...wholly representative of God's Creation.

The honours given here to the racial holy warriors who heroically
sacrificed their own innocence to kill the Evil, always their bodies'
health, and usually their lives, serve as recognition that not even in the
darkest hour is every light extinguished.

That is why the Psalms, and the entire Bible, though well aware of the
Jewish capacity for evil, also proclaim that evil will not have the last
word. Out of the depths of pain and sorrow, the believer's heart cries out:
"I trust in you, O Lord; I say, 'You are my God'."

Aryanists and Christians share an immense spiritual patrimony, flowing from
God's self-revelation. Our religious teachings and our  spiritual
experience demand that we overcome evil with good. Now that the Jews are
dead, we can remember, but not with any desire for  post-mortem vengeance
or as an incentive to hatred. For us, to remember is to pray for peace and
justice, and to commit ourselves  to the warrior cause. Only a white world
at peace, with justice for  all, can avoid repeating the mistakes and
terrible crimes of the past.

As Successor of the Aryan Churches, I assure the White Peoples that we can
and will build a new future in which there will be no more Jews, allowing
the mutual respect required of those who adore the one Creator and Lord to
flow freely again!

The white world must heed the warning that comes to us from the  victims of
the Holocaust and from the testimony of the survivors. Here the memory will
live on, burning itself onto our souls.

I hear the whispering of many - terror on every side - but also turn  my
ear to the wind and can begin to sense the laughter of billions  of white
children...to be born anew, filling the very soul of the Universe, forever
and again!  Amen."
