why not? "Star Wars/Episode I: the Phantom Menace" somehow has Queen
Amandala saying that she elected democratically by her people. If we can
have elective monarchy, why not Stalinist monarchy?

But seriously folks, isn't the world more and more run by a hereditary and
seemingly permanent monarchy, the rule of capital?
