request for information
Dear Professor Perelman:
Thanks for your quick response and offer for even further help.
The way that I came across your name was as follows. I read your paper
"The
Qualitative Side of Marx's Value Theory," Vol. 6, No. 1, Rethinking
Marxism.
I thought your paper came close to finance. I also noted that one of the
references at the end of your paper is a book by your goodself entitled
"Marx's Crises Theory: Labor, Scarcity, Finance." I have not read it,
but
has the word Finance in its title which I thought it should be related
to
finance. Could you tell me whether it is related to finance?
Having come across the above two instances, I thought I should ask for
your
help in giving me some directions to the finance-ralted literature in
Postmodern Marxism.
Would you let me know the year of publication of "Postmodern Marx" by
Terrell Carver. Is this book accessible/understable for someone who is
barely familiar with the elements of Postmodern Marxism but is somewhat
familiar with the orthodox Marxism?
Please feel free to pass my name to anyone who might be of some help.
Please do not forget about yourself as a good source of help.
With best regards,
Kavous Ardalan

some
more help?

Dear Professor Michael Perelman:
My name is Kavous Ardalan and I am an Associate Professor of Finance.
Our
academic training in the field of finance is limited to what might be
called the mainstream finance and nothing else beyond it.
I would like to learn about the applications of the Postmodern Marxism
in
finance. That is, I would like to ask for your help in giving me some
references in the Postmodern Marxism literature which have finance
components or implications.
I would really appreciate your help. I understand how busy you are.
