      So, do you want to address this anti-
dumping issue?  Or is too boring for you too.
Of course, if one took a poll, more than 90%
of the US would say they opposed "foreign
dumping on US markets."  Ack!  It sounds
like an environmental affront as well as a labor/
market one.  Eeeek!  Unfortunately most reports
suggest that the "empirical swamp" is a joke
and that the overwhelming majority of the suits
were and are a big crock.
       There is much to be cynical about, my friend,
in all this, I'm afraid.
