(Preliminary: I've been filing the posts on this thread to be read
carefully
later -- and while moving folders in Netxcape today they all disappeared
into an electronic void. So I have only a few of them to go by.)
This argument seems to revolve around the *growth* or *development*,
NOT the origins of capitalism. They would seem to be quite different
questions, and the latter (origins) seems of far greater theoretical and
political importance than the former (growth).
