[PEN-L:9742] Easier than bombing
Another California oil refinery exploded today. Is that 4 in one year?
Why does the U.S. bother with cruise missles. Why couldn't they
dispatch their managers to teach American production techniques to our
enemies, thereby guaranteeing that they self-destruct.
The response of the government is to let the oil companies sell more
polluting gasoline to take the pressure of prices.
