Eugene - any chance of you posting the one you mention below?

Edison is 40% "cornerstone" shareholder (and expected to buy more) in
New Zealand's largest electricity generator and second-largest
electricity retailer, recently privatised Contact Energy. We have
made extensive use of the above article in New Zealand. If anyone
wants more detail on the electricity "reforms" here, let me know.
