You are absolutely right. China has insufficient capital and techinology to be
beneficially competitive in the global market devoid of nationalistic protectionism. The
only card China has is its enormous market potential. Joining WTO requires China to give
that away free. But then I am not Chairman of the Party, not yet. ;o)
