[PEN-L:6853] Minimum wage change

I am looking for a paragraph or two on the recent change to the minimum wage
in the US. I am writing a paper about labour market deregulation and wage
inequality in Aus with some reference to the US experience. Since 1996 the
increase in full-time wage inequality in the US has moderated with some
convergence in the bottom half of the distribution (minimum wage increase?)
but the fat cats are still going well!
