There are some confusion.  I thought it was Mike Head, then was
corrected.  Now I stand corrected again.  Thanks Steven Matthews.
As for Allan Isaac, the article athored by Mike Head rather than Zhang,
is defintiely US propaganda.  Now do you feel silly?
