I didn't think you did. I was simply asking about what I saw as the
inaccuracy of the guy's knowledge.

Independence for Kosovo/a itself is a form of partition, since Kosova/o is
part of the internationally-recognized country of Serbia (and of the FRY).
The US officially recognizes that international boundary, by the way.

So we have to wait for the well-known therapeutic effects of strategic
bombing and Apache helicopters to kick in.

Perhaps, but we might want to consider other needed partitions, in which
mentioning the name of the target would attract unwanted attention from the
Secret Service.

BTW, to those Secret Service agents reading this, the above comment was a
witticism, perhaps a lame one. (OOPS: I meant a differently-abled one.) I
think violence should be avoided whenever possible, including the violence
against Ricky Ray Rector and that planned against Mumia abu-Jamal.
