Didn't the German racial hierarchy consider Slavs as inferior people  (inferior to Germans) ?
The holocaust against  20 million Soviets had enough of a racist motive mixed in to be genocide. Many Slavs were killed because they were Slavs, even if there were other motives as well.  That's genocide even if we need to modify the UN Convention definition a little.

I never heard of Nazi genocide against the Serbs. Wouldn't it be more
accurate to say that the Nazis  used brutal tactics to wipe out the Serb
anti-Nazi insurgencies?
