As I said to Yoshie in an off-list post last Friday -- I still have a hard
time believing that the murdering bastards are really doing it: getting
themselves in the position of the old song, "Waist deep in the Big
Muddy, And the damn fool said, Wade on." I have no crystal ball --
but it is certainly looking more and more as if NATO is trapped in
a long war, and if so Lou is almost certainly right.
