Frank, suppose people were? What do you suppose would be the
results of such screams?

O.K. That's a rhetorical question, so I'll give a provisional answer.

It would give the screamers some fresh air and an immense feeling
of personal satisfaction that *they* occupy the moral high ground.
It might also provide a few giggles for the State Dept. lackies
who monitor the doings of the monkeys out there.
