Well, if the rest of this dispatch matches the veracity of the opening
paragraph, by all means let's hear much much more . . .

All we need now is the part where Mr. Phelps and his team disguise
themselves as a band of gypsies' traveling circus, motor into Serbia in an
old school bus, and spirit the pilot out disguised as a sheepdog.
