[PEN-L:1863] Re: Worker managed firms and n-c theory
Anders makes some very good points, all well-taken. I would like to
mention that Ugo Pagano and Robert Rowthorn have edited a book with a
few articles on "democratic" management of firms in Yugoslavia that
some might find of interest, *Democracy and Efficiency in the Economic
Enterprise* (Routledge, 1996).
