I have absolutley no expertise what so ever regaarding the question of
indigenous peoples..
I recall, however, many years back someone referred me to Jackson's Third
(I think it was the Third) address to Congress.
A portion of that address was devoted to the Indian question. I recall
reading it in disbelief and felt at the time it was somethng I should
call to the attention of every class of mine irrespective of what the
course was.
I derive a lot of profit from reading the posting to this list'
