Is PEN-L dying? I hope not.
If anyone is interested in 4000 words I have written on the twin
economic crises facing New Zealand - current account deficit/foreign
debt, and the effects of the Asian crisis - let me know. Vague in its
conclusions, but some interesting data in it.
But I'd love to hear what PEN-Lers have to say on the issue - or do I
have to return to LBO-talk and suffer 100 messages a day (sorry
Doug!)?
Cheers
Bill
