I took note of it, Michael, and asked how Connerly was justifying this
latest battle. Still hoping that someone (maybe you?) on the list will
enlighten me. I don't live in CA anymore. I live in FL and news of
this action is not in the daily papers, but hasn't been in the NAtion,
ITT, Z, or the Progressive, either.
