I'm not clear just what this means, Louis.  If we want to respond to a
posted message, do we have to address it both to the individual from which
it originated and the list?  In the past, hitting reply got your response
automatically posted to the list.  If you wanted to respond only to the
individual, you would have to insert that person's address in place of the
list's.  How is galaxy different?

In the case where I want to post an article to the list (not a response to
anyone in particular), do I address it differently? How?

When the change was made to galaxy, I don't recall receiving any
instructions for that listserve.  Can they be posted?
