[PEN-L:11726] UPS unskilled?

Maggie writes: >As for UPS, it may seem to be an unskilled job, but I'll be

the full-time UPS workers drive trucks (getting packages to the right
location on time), load and unload trucks, and deal with customers on a
daily basis. (I bet the list goes on.) Each one of those tasks might be
"unskilled," but together, they form quite a skill. Much of this might be
learned "on the job," but the scabs would have a hard time learning it
quickly, especially the customer relations part.
