Geographical Analysis After Ricardo, Marx and Sraffa" by Eric
Sheppard and Trevor Barnes, Unwin Hyman, Boston, 1990 and portions of
"The Geography of the World Economy: An Introduction to Economic
Geography 2nd Ed" by Paul Knox and John Agnew, Edward Arnold, London,
1994.

I teach Economic Geography among other courses and have found
materials in these useful.
