[PEN-L:11536] Request for info

A friend of mine, John Warnock, who teaches in the Department of
Sociology at the University of Regina, just returned from a trip to
Mexico.  He asked me the following question about Martin Werner.
I have never heard of Werner, so I'm forwarding the question to Pen
in hopes that others with know.

"Wasn't Martin Werner one of the Chicago Boys who advised the
Pinochet regime? He is now Subsecretary of Hacienda, the key
economic adviser to the Zedillo government. What do you know
about him?"
