[PEN-L:11057] Yaffe attachment

KARL: The last scanned copy of a portion of Yaffe's document leaves a
lot to be desired. I intend to send a more perfect copy of the entire
document down the line when i have edited the scanned copy. The hard
print copy from which the scanning is being done is relativley old
and text highlighted.
