Horverak write and article in History of Political Economy in 1988
and there gave the correspondence address as The Norwegian
Fund for Market and Distribution Research

Richard B. Day (*not* Richard H. Day, I think) wrote a book
for Verso entitled 'The Crisis and the Crash' in 1987. He referred
to the University of Toronto.
