Here are some numbers extracted from the OECD Economic Outlook, June 1996,
table A58. For those of us spoiled by the timeliness of U.S. economic
statistics, having 1994 as the latest available year is painful. The order
of countries is the OECD's, and looks like they're ranked by GDP.
