I think Barings, Sumito, and the Fed all think that the tax payer is there
FOR the purpose of bailing out corporations who are failing -- after all, who
else could be ripped off to such a great extent?  This is why they engage in
public, mutual ass licking such as giving each other awards for free markets
which are about as real as Alice's world was on the other side of the looking
glass.
