[PEN-L:3768] Talented Intern Available

I hope no one finds this request offensive or out of place on pen-l, but I
have an excellent student who is available for a summer internship.   A
native of Bulgaria, she discovered late that she must stay in the US for
the summer and it would be a great waste for her not to use the opportunity
to gain some valuable experience.

The student is a double major in Economics and Mathematics, is between her
junior and senior years, has a 4.0 gpa, has won numerous math awards, has
great computer skills, and speaks, reads, and writes English, Bulgarian,
Russian, and Japanese.  She is easy going, has a good sense of humor, is
politically conscious but not dogmatic, and is mature, trustworthy, and
hard-working.

All she needs in terms of compensation is enough to survive (i.e. enough
for room and board -in kind would be fine, also).
