Press, 1994 (a reader with a representative selection of authors
from a number of theoretical perspectives. Most of the articles were
published previously in _CNS_).
-- Elmar Altvater _The Future of the Market: An Essay on the Regulation
of Money and Nature after the Collapse of 'Actually Existing
Socialism'_, London, Verso, 1993 (a wide-ranging and very
challenging book. See especially "Part Three" on relation of value
theory to nature).
