[PEN-L:1978] Labor Dept. report on international labor rights

For those who are interested, my report to the U.S. Labor Dept. on
international labor rights is available for downloading. It's at
bovine.ssc.wisc.edu in the pub directory. The filename is ilab.rep. Log in
as anonymous and give your e-mail address as your password. Use the command
"cd pub" to switch to the pub directory. Make sure you set your mode to
binary with the "bin" command. Then "get ilab.rep" and it's yours. The file
is formatted as WordPerfect for DOS 5.1. I downloaded myself tonight and
noticed that the tables at the end are a little manged. To fix them, simply
insert a hard page command after each one. (That's CTR-ENTER in WP; I don't
know about other word processors.)

Please bear in mind that this is a report written in response to specific
requests from the Labor Dept. While I didn't write anything I wouldn't
defend, it doesn't represent the full range of my views (or any of the views
of USDOL for that matter). I'm very sorry about the delay (approximately one
year), but there was a lot of back-and-forth between me and USDOL.

I hope some on this list will find it useful.

Peter Dorman
