Louis presents the image of two women fighting to the death over opposing
views.  Then, when Jim Devine makes the argument that this has strong sexual
and sexist implications (correctly), Louis writes back about Hulk Hogan
(obviously, I am cutting out all the fine points here).

Louis, with all due respect to the fact that I think you generally post some
interesting arguments (some of which I do and some of which I do not agree
with); I would like to ask you the same question you ask Jim Devine -- what
world are you living in?

  "Cat" fights, generally the term applied to two women fighting with each
other, are a constant thread through sexist pornography -- the kind where
women's sexuality is completely for the entertainment of men and has
absolutely nothing to do with female pleasure.  I can't think of a more
degrading way of describing two women in debate!  I mean, why do you think
they have those women rolling around in the mud?  And what about pornography
which depicts women dieing by inches for the entertainment of the men
watching?
